I have had this Real LazyBoy for a few years now and paid 500 for it new and its in living room condition or an entertainment/bonus room. I also used the arm and head covers to keep the fabric in great condition. Shoot me an email if you would like to pick it up. I would like to see it go to a great home here in Highland Creek!
